MECOTEC, this year awarded as one of the most innovative companies in Eastern Germany and world market leader in the field of cryo chambers and cold air devices, continues to expand its growth at its headquarters in Bitterfeld-Wolfen as well as at its international locations. "For our further course of success, we would like to bring employees on board who want to make us even better," says Enrico Klauer, founder and CEO of MECOTEC GmbH. "Innovation is deeply rooted in the DNA of our company and we are proud to have been awarded this year's VORSPRUNG business prize. Visitors to the jobmesse will have the opportunity to visit our cryo:one+ cryo chamber at our stand number 46 and experience minus 85 °C cold up close."
Dr. Friedrich Rheinheimer, operational managing director of MECOTEC GmbH. "We see ourselves as a technological driver of two megatrends: New Health and cryogenic cold storage. In medicine, New Health describes the change from regenerative to preventive medicine based on real-time monitoring of data. What began with the first electrically operated cold chamber over 20 years ago in a rheumatism clinic in Germany has developed into a worldwide movement that can be summarised with the mindset "Life is better with cryo": Today, more than 700 cold chambers in medical, rehabilitation, wellness and sports centres - from the Bundesliga to the NFL - and upscale hotel chains bear our logo, which corresponds to a large majority of all electrical cold chambers installed worldwide. Our company also delivers innovative solutions for the industrial refrigeration sector, for example, our team developed the world's first certified container for vaccine storage during the COVID 19 pandemic back in 2020. Since then, several international pharmaceutical companies have been supplied with stationary and mobile storage solutions."
