UCRYO Wellness
Minus 110°C in the middle of the desert
The first MECOTEC cryotherapy chambers in the Middle East are in Dubai. The biggest city in the United Arab Emirates has long been known for its superlatives, and so it’s no surprise something unprecedented has been set up in the studios of UCRYO.
The UCRYO Wellness & Fitness Center was founded by Tawfiq Atari and is 420 square metres in size. Visitors enter an entire world dedicated to taking their health, looks and physical fitness to a whole new level. “We wanted to offer our clients the most efficient, most advanced methods of treatment,” explains Tawfiq Atari. “That’s why we scoured the market in Europe and the US for the best provider.”
Uncompromisingly good
As its name suggests, the main technology used at UCRYO is cryotherapy. “We opted for electrical cryotherapy because it’s new here in the Middle East. We intend to show people what a fantastic technique it is.”
It didn’t take long to decide for MECOTEC. “We wanted to offer cryotherapy – but it had to be safe,” explains Atari, who plumped for MECOTEC’s electric cryochambers because they don’t require nitrogen. Their cooling units are connected in series and produce temperatures down to –110°C. Tawfiq Atari’s clients include top athletes, wellness enthusiasts, and office workers from Dubai in search of rest and relaxation after a hard day’s work. “Anyone who, like us, is determined to offer each and every customer the best possible treatment refuses to make compromises. And MECOTEC’s cryochambers are simply uncompromisingly good!”
