The 2COOL reaches real room temperatures down to about -166 °F (-110 °C) – true air temperature, without boosters – and, through controlled airflow, a windchill application temperature down to about -256 °F (-160 °C).

Yes. The 2COOL is a fully electric, nitrogen-free cryotherapy chamber – you breathe normal air inside the chamber.
How many sessions per day can I run with the 2COOL?
The 2COOL supports up to 120 sessions per day, with a cooling-down time of roughly 120 minutes after switch-on – ideal for busy studios and facilities.
What power connection does the 2COOL need?
